Requisitions and specimens are sorted by the Receiving Department.

Saliva and blood spot specimens are uniquely bar-coded and entered into the ZRT Patient Database to eliminate any possible sample 'mix-ups'.

Patient saliva and blood spot specimens are prepared for testing.

Each saliva and blood spot sample is tested for the appropriate hormones. The entire testing procedure is automated (performed by robotics) to minimize error and ensure the highest level of testing integrity.

Test results are automatically downloaded into the ZRT Database. Comments are generated by artificial intelligence and reports are individually reviewed by ZRT Clinical Consultants.
